15/10/2010MYMobile Security Centre has recently captured a new variant of the virus BD.SZhaomiao, which lures the user to download and install with the name ""Realplayer patch for RMVB"". There is no icon or interface for the app after installation and the virus cannot be uninstalled. Moreover, the virus will activate two malicious preocesses to protect each other so that they cannot be closed and the virus cannot be uninstalled. This destabilizes the system and affects normal use of the phone.

15/10/2010MYMobile Security Centre has recently captured a new variant of the virus BIT.SPlugin, which lures the user to download and install as the software ""Service Plugin"". Once installed, there is no icon for the app and the viurs sends messages to a certain mobile phone number at the background to let out IMEI of the user and other private information. The virus not only causes privacy leakage, but also subscribe to highly-charged SP services, and thus result in financial losses to the user.

Once installed, the virus deletes system auto reply messages, such as those from 10086, auto connects to network at bootup and delete connection log. The series of behaviors prevent the user from getting fee information in time and lead to financial losses for the user.

27/09/2010MYMobile Security Centre recently captured the latest variant of the virus MSO.SysMes. There is no icon for the virus when it has invaded into the phone. Once started, the virus deletes the communication log and prevents the phone from receiving messages from 10086 so that the user cannot get fee information in time. Moreover, the virus occasionally connects to network in the background to leak the users privacy, resulting in both privacy leakage and financial losses for the user.
